To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588pkr's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
588pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 588pkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
588pkr makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.

12.1 Closure by User. You may request closure of your 588pkr account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending withdrawal holds being in place.
12.2 Closure by 588pkr. 588pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:
12.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with a Real Money Balance that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee of Rs. 200 PKR (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

588pkr will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and KYC verification providers where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
588pkr may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated whenever changes are made. For material changes, 588pkr will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the new Terms take effect.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
